Terms first, confirmation second

One operation moves through quote, deposit, completion, waiting, and payout. The public interface shows only the assets, networks, amounts, statuses, and risks relevant to you.

Settlement flow

A state-by-state process

Confirm the terms before taking an irreversible on-chain action.

  1. 01

    Get current terms

Choose an asset, network, and amount. Expiry, limits, and the deposit address apply only to that operation.

  2. 02

    Complete the deposit exactly

Send the correct asset on the correct network and retain the private receipt. User-facing status updates as processing advances.

  3. 03

    Claim and secure the note

After the deposit returns a successful completed state, the page issues one USD note and starts the 44-hour timer.

  4. 04

    Enter the payout request

Provide the note, choose an enabled output network, and enter a fresh destination and amount. Fee and net payout appear before submission.

  5. 05

    Save the payout receipt

The payout receipt restores progress. A partial payout also produces one change note and invalidates the original note.

Expiry

Expired terms must be refreshed

Network availability can change. Before creating an operation, the service checks current terms again; an expired page never reuses an old address or quote.

If the amount is below the minimum, above the maximum, or the selected network is paused, submission stops and asks for a new selection.

Fees

One payout fee, shown before confirmation

There is no separate service fee for deposits. The payout fee is calculated from the requested gross amount; the destination receives the net amount. The confirmation screen is the source for the current rate.

For a partial payout, unused value moves to one new change note. Multiple notes cannot be merged and one request cannot produce several payouts.

Exceptions

Expired, refunded, and mismatched deposits do not issue notes automatically

An expired deposit, refund, amount mismatch, or transfer after expiry enters an exception state. Do not send again and do not create an identical order to replace it.

Use the receipt to review status. Support never needs your note, full receipt contents, wallet private key, or seed phrase.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When do the 44 hours begin?
At the moment the deposit reaches a successful completed state. Creating an operation, copying an address, or broadcasting a transaction does not start the timer.
Can payout use a different network from the deposit?
Yes, when that USDT/USDC network is enabled for payout at the time of the request. The interface lists current output choices separately.
Can a transfer on the wrong network be recovered automatically?
No recovery can be guaranteed. On-chain transfers are generally irreversible; only the asset, network, address, and expiry shown on the operation page are recognized.
